NSPM is a wonderful office. Everyone is helpful, understanding, and professional. Ben and Dr Shah have done everything possible to ease my pain which is a constant struggle. The entire staff from check-in and out, to Medical staff that prep me for procedures, and Anesthesiologists are all exceptional. I am thankful they are all so dedicated to their patients.

Dr Shah listened to me. My pain issue had spanned 2 1/2 years. We figured it out! Everyone from the front office to the P.A.s and nurses have wonderful “bedside manners” and make you comfortable from the start.

Every procedure I've had at NSPM has been great. From Doc's to nurses they make you comfortable. The doc's make sure they discuss the procedure with you before you go in, they will answer any questions you have, it's refreshing and not always the case in other practices. They call you the next day to check up on you after very procedure.

2 months ago My experience at this facility was excellent. The care I received was caring, professional and very helpful. During my treatment I went from a pain level of 10 down to a 1 or 2 within a Month. I highly recommend.

I felt seen and heard here. Which is a big deal as someone with fibro. My pain was taken seriously as were my concerns with different medications. I highly recommend. Dr. Mayers was compassionate, helpful, and I felt he really considered how things would effect my life as a whole. I was very nervous to start coming to pain management but the experience here has been terrific.

Our team is dedicated to the care and treatment of patients in pain. New patients are seen on physician referral only. To help us diagnose and treat, we must have relevant medical records, x-rays, and test reports. We accept most major health insurance plans.
